My favorite moment as a High School Student

I really don't have a favorite moment in high school. Although I can say I've learned a lot though out. Grades determines graduating or a high school dropout. You gain friends as equally losing friends along the way. Relationships hold you back, problems at home with family, relatives, siblings. So I feel the moral of being in high school is to be able to know who you are based on the challenges that are thrown at you.

Favorite Moment as a Gov/Econ Student

My favorite moment as a government/economic student is learning of how this world functions politically and monetary wise. I love the environment of the class of how it was relaxing and getting down to business at the same time without having it to be boring nor serious.

Favorite moment as a Senior

My favorite moment as a senior is finally being able to feel accomplished of graduation to pursue a higher education. I also love the activities that we were able to have and feeling of being looked upon from lower grade levels to relatives and sibling wanting to be where we are.

Important Topic #3

The last important topic to me is learning about the voting system in the United States. This topic was interesting because along the way, the candidates Clinton and Trump were working their way to become President of the United States; therefore, as a class we were able to see how the voting system is at play. The two candidates had to get noticed by arranging and attending speeches, traveling around the states, and getting funded by major companies.

Important Topic #2

Another important topic that was discussed in class is the Stock Market Stimulation and learning more about the Stock Market inside and outside of the classroom. It is far easier to earn profit over winning a lottery ticket, but is also a risky due to the Stock Market's price value goes up or down. Statistically, when a company is doing good based on reviews, interest of investors, based on products, the stock goes up or down. When the stock goes either way, the stock price value also flows with the performance.

Important topic #1

One of the topics that are most important to me as a citizen that I learned in this class is going over the first Ten Amendments in the United States Constitution. Every citizen should know at least the basic rights which one of them are the freedom of speech, freedom of religion and right to an attorney, etc. The founding fathers proposed these amendments to protect the rights of citizens in their time and in the future; although we live in different eras and generations, the amendments remain the same and still apply. Some amendments we practice more over others, others amendments we don't put into focus.

It should be the rights for anyone that is in the soil of the United States to practice these rights whether you are a U.S. Citizen or a person in another country coming to the U.S to pursue a better life. By a person practicing amendments can protect themselves from government control.
